Josephine Telfer Josie Telfer was born on Kangaroo Island, South Australia, and is a practising visual artist. She has attained a PhD in cross-disciplinary research between the Victorian College of the Arts and Music and the School of Behavioural Sciences at The University of Melbourne, Australia. This research has arisen from her curiosity about the changes of thought that occur while she is working creatively, and the connection between the way artists think and creative block.
