Artegiro Artist residency 2014

We are pleased to announce a second collaboration with the City Council of Conzano ( AL) in Northern Italy, where the recipient of the 2014 Artegiro Artist Residency is internationally reknown performing artist and animation theatre: Laura Bartolomei.

Laura' s productions have toured Italy, South Korea, Brazil, Serbia, Hungary, Slovakia, Germany, New York and recently Azerbaijan.

She is the winner of In-Produzione del Festival Immagini dell’Interno 2011, Award La MaMa Spoleto Open; Evento Fringe del Festival dei due mondi 2012; Best Performance Award Subotica International Festival of Children’s Theatres 2013; Best Animated Character and numerous other international awards.  

Her piece and performance \" Dorme\" has been widely represented in festivals and european and american tours.

 È con grande piacere che annunciamo la seconda collaborazione con il Comune di Conzano (AL) dove avrá luogo la Artegiro Artist Residency per il 2014 assegnata all’artista performatrice e di animazione Laura Bartolomei.

Le produzioni di Bartolomei sono state rappresentate in Italia, Corea del Sud, Brasile, Serbia, Ungheria, Slovacchia, Germania, New York e recentemente in Azerbaijan.

Laura è vincitrice del bando In-Produzione del Festival Immagini dell’Interno 2011, Award La MaMa Spoleto Open; Evento Fringe del Festival dei due mondi 2012; Best Performance Award Subotica International Festival of Children’s Theatres 2013; Best Animated Character e vari altri riconoscimenti internazionali.

La sua piece e performance “Dorme” è stata rappresentata in numerosi festivals e tourneé americane e europee.
